Community
The West Wyalong Solar Farm is located within the Bland Shire in the northern Riverina region of New South Wales. An area known for its gold rush heritage and agriculture, and as one of the State’s largest cereal-growing districts. The surrounding localities of Wyalong, Tallimba, Ungarie and Weethalle make up a rural community known for its historic buildings, local art, and strong connections to Wiradjuri Country and the Wiradjuri people, the Traditional Custodians of the land.
Aula Energy aims to lead Australia’s clean energy transition by creating shared value for all, through genuine partnerships, environmental care, and long-term community commitment. We work to build positive relationships with landholders, neighbours, Traditional Owners and local communities.
